decided to make their dream of owning
their own studio a reality, and on July 1 this
dream will be realised with Lucky Elephant
Yoga. Located in the heart of Hamilton, their
mission is to make the practice of yoga acces-
sible, welcoming and empowering for anyone
who walks in the door—with certified yoga
teachers experienced in different yoga styles
and teaching methods. Lucky Elephant Yoga
firmly believes that the regular practice of
yoga can transform a person’s mind, body and
spirit. This studio offers classes that are chal-
lenging, yet appreciative and respectful of each
student’s unique needs. Whether you are new
to yoga, an athlete or a seasoned practitioner,

isn’t just something your granny does with
her friends, but a great workout that gets you
outside and increases muscle strength and
endurance without the strain on your body.
As opposed to more traditional forms of fitness, with the built-in resistance of the water
you can exercise longer than on land, and the
aquatic environment can help relieve muscular
tension and mental stress. Plus, there’s some
logic to getting bathing-suit ready while actually wearing your bathing suit.
